dasdafLee, NH – The entire staff at Lee USA Speedway has been busy readying for the final event of the 2014 season, and this weekend will welcome hundreds of race teams and thousands of race fans from all over New England for the annual Oktoberfest extravaganza at “New Hampshire‘s Center of Speed“.

This year’s Oktoberfest will feature 18 divisions of race cars, with the track opening on Friday for a pre-‘Fest practice session. The action “heats” up on Saturday, with a couple of hours of practice followed by qualifying races for the Valenti Modified Series, Hobby/Strictly Stocks, Pro Stock/Super Late Models, 4-Cylinder Pure Stocks, Late Models, Late Model Sportsman/Super Streets, and Lee USA Supermodifieds to start out the weekend‘s racing action.

With all qualifying taking place on Saturday, the Northeast Classic Lites, New England Truck Series, Star Outlaws, Four Cylinder Mini Stocks/Roadrunners, SK Lites, Ironman, Four Cylinder Outlaw and V8/V6 Enduro heat races will close out the qualifying action, immediately followed by the first six feature events of the weekend.

The Outlaw Vintage Mods will be the first division to run their main on Saturday evening, followed by the Pro-4 Modifieds, New England Truck Series, The Hobby/Strictly Stocks “B”, Mini Stock/Roadrunner “B”, and the feature for the V6/V8 Enduro racers.

Sunday’s card has another full slate of racing action, starting with the 50-lap Pro Stock/Super Late Model main, and also featuring the 4-Cylinder Pure Stocks (20 laps), NE Legends (25 laps), Late Models (40 laps), Valenti Modified Racing Series (100 laps), Ironman (25 laps), Late Model Sportsman/Super Streets (30 laps), and the N.E. Classic Lites (25 laps).

The Hobby/Strictly Stock “A“ main (30 laps), Supermodifieds (30 laps), 4-Cylinder Mini Stock/Roadrunner “A” main (30 laps), SK Lites (30 laps), Star Outlaws (30 laps), and Four Cylinder Outlaw (25 laps) will round out the Sunday card, making for a full weekend of racing.

In addition to all the action on the fast 3/8th’s mile oval, special events will be held on Friday and Saturday nights in the Checkered Flag Pub, and the speedway grounds will be filled with campers and race fans celebrating the final event of the 2014 season.
