Ellington, CT: The USAC Dirt Midget Association prepares to kick off the 2019 season with many returning teams and several new ones joining the series for the first time. With thirteen races already locked in from May to September, the series will see action once again in the New England and New York area.

The season will begin on May 4th with the opening day race at Bear Ridge Speedway in Bradford, Vermont which the series considers home. This will be Bear Ridge Speedways 52nd consecutive year for racing action at “the fastest dirt track in Vermont”. Back again for 2019 are the two summer races at famed Albany-Saratoga Speedway in Malta, New York. The races at Albany-Saratoga have become known for incredible speeds and unpredictable outcomes.

Teams will once again see a double stretch of back to back races. The first run takes place in June with the second challenge coming in late August. The team that can outlast the summer heat will be well positioned for a run at the 2019 championship.

The series most recent Champion, Jason Goff, will be returning for select races in 2019 as he looks into other opportunities. Also returning is past Champion Joe Krawiec who will be racing out of the Miller Racing stable. With nineteen teams already committed to racing with the series, a new Champion could emerge by seasons end.
