Jason Gray back on top as first repeat winner in the DIRTcar Sabil & Sons Sportsman Modifieds
Phil Hayes gets his first win in the LaValley Building Supply Dirt Stocks

Bear Ridge Speedway

Woodsville Guaranty Saving Bank Feature winners: Sabil & Sons DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds Jason Gray; Wells River Chevrolet DIRTcar Sportsman Coupes Cody Gregoropoulos; USAC DMA Midgets Justin Phillips; C.A. Miller Limited Late Models to be run 6/12/2021; LaValley Building Supply Dirt Stocks Phil Hayes; Peanuts Auto LLC Four Cylinders Segment one Jason Porter, Segment two Jason Porter, Segment three to be run 6/12/2021; Sting Vintage Race Cars 4/6 Cylinder Enduros next event 6/26/2021.

The Sabil & Sons DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds are the third division to have a repeat winner, with Jason Gray tired of finishing outside of victory lane, decided enough is enough and went to the front to take over the point in fine fashion. Along the way he picked up a couple of hitch hikers With Robert Tucker and Richie Simmons falling in line and hoping to have an opportunity to set a serious challenge for the point. It wouldn’t come this week, and the three would cross the line in that order. James Fadden and Matt Lashua came in at fourth and fifth.

Five weeks five different winners in the Wells River Chevrolet DIRTcar Sportsman Coupes are now recorded. Coming from nineth place position the heavy wet track was just the kind of track Cody Gregoropoulos needed as he held of Brian Chaffee who followed him up thru the field to the front. Josh Harrington driving the Tillotson machine impressed everyone with his third-place finish. Jason Horniak and Tad Kingsbury completed the top five.

The USAC DMA Midgets had a first-time winner as Justin Phillips in his fourth-year racing at the Ridge is FINALLY able to grab the checkers. It was a hard-fought battle for Phillips who was able to hold off heavy hitters Josh Sunn and Seth Carlson after they worked their way to the front of the pack to set a challenge for the top spot. When the checkers waived, they would join him in victory lane but have to settle for the second and third place positions. Joe Krawiec and Will Hull rounded out the top five.

The C.A. Miller Limited Late Models feature was rained out, will be completed with third segment of Four Cylinder Madness before the regular show starts on 6/12/2021.

Another first-time winner this time in the LaValley Building Supply is recorded as Phil Hayes finally makes it to victory lane in the best spot there is! Hayes one of the original competitors in this new division got to victory lane four times in 2020 but never first. He held off Jesse Dunham who crossed the line in second and Lucas Wheeler taking third. Mike Mann and Mike Stender rounded out the top five.

It was madness night for the Peanuts Auto LLC Four Cylinders and with over $6000.00 on the line with 200 laps sponsored the first segment took a bit of madness to get going. When they were finally able to settle down and begin racing the segment winner would be recorded as Jason Porter with Bobby Bell crossing in second and Garrett Brown in third. Segment two was the same for the first two spots with Devin Spinks grabbing third. Segment three will be completed at the beginning of the evening June 12th as rain claimed the final segment. Will Jason Porter be able to sweep the event with three wins? Or will Bobby Bell be able to take away the crown. Be sure to be with us Saturday June 12th to find out!

The Sting Vintage Race Cars 4/6 Cylinder Enduro next event is scheduled for June 26th.
