THOMPSON, Conn. — For the third time in 2019, the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour will invade Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park on Wednesday night. The 30th annual Bud ‘King of Beers’ 150 will bring NASCAR’s top stars back to Connecticut for a crucial race in the tour’s championship battle.
THOMPSON, Conn. — Following the last two NASCAR Whelen All-American Series events at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park, track officials have informed six race teams of penalties, which are effective immediately.

THOMPSON, Conn. — For the second straight week, Woody Pitkat was celebrating a checkered flag at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park on Sunday. Pitkat earned his second Late Model victory in a row in the 25-lap feature, but four other drivers also joined him as winners. Keith Rocco scored his second Sunoco Modified victory of the season, while Chris ‘Moose’ Douton (Limited Sportsman), Tommy Silva (Mini Stocks) and Bryan Narducci (SK Light Modifieds®) also were in Victory Lane.
