Travis Smith visited Victory Lane for the second time this year in the Homestead Creations Late Model Sportsman with Jacob Brown winning in the Rand\u2019s Hardware Mini Stocks. The visiting Wingless Auto Club found veteran Mark Cole visit victory Lane.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>      The Sportsman Modified main event saw veteran David Heath and rookie Wayland Childs fire from the front row with Childs moving to the top spot. With just two laps complete Todd Buckwold, who started fifth on the field claimed second spot and started to stalk leader Childs, finally working his way into the lead with thirteen laps complete, dropping Childs to second while Jeff Huntington ran a strong third. Huntington claimed second just one lap before the races only caution flew on lap twenty two. The top three remained the same the rest of the way with Todd Buckwold claiming his first victory of the season with Jeff Huntington second and Wayland Childs third. Ricky Sanville and T.C. Forward completed the top five.<\/p>\n<p>      Reigning Homestead Creations Late Model Sportsman Champion Matt Pike took advantage of his pole position start to claim the lead when the green flew. Travis Smith quickly moved to second and started to try and find a way around Pike. His opportunity came after the caution flag flew at the halfway point of the event. On the restart Smith powered into the lead and led the rest of the way to take his second win of the season. Matt Pike finished a strong second with last weeks\u2019 winner Jesse Durkee third. Bob Crawford and Scott Heath rounded out the top five.<\/p>\n<p>     The Rand\u2019s Hardware Outlaw Mini Stocks found Tim St. John take the lead when the green flew with Mike McClay moving to the lead a lap later after a restart, dropping St. John to second. As the laps clicked off Jacob Brown was moving through the field, arriving in second as the crossed flags flew just before the yellow flew for Tim Davis and David Comeau in turn two. When racing resumed McClay held off Brown for two more laps before Brown took the lead. From there Brown withstood a couple more cautions with Nick Comeau and Austin Tallman now battling for second before Comeau took the spot. At the checkers it was Jacob Brown taking the win with Nick Comeau second and Austin Tallman third. Erin Aiken was fourth with Rich Willey fifth.<\/p>\n<p>     The Wingless Auto Club made their second visit of the year with Mark Cole going wire to wire to take the win. Jamie Glidden was second with Sam Comeau third. Doug McPhail and Toby Stark completed the top five.<\/p>\n<p>     This Friday night joining the regular divisions of the O\u2019Reilly Auto Parts Twilight Racing Series will be both the Granite State Mini Sprints and the Sprint Cars of New England.
