American-Canadian Tour (ACT) point leader and defending champion Scott Payea came on strong in the race\u2019s second half to capture the New London-Waterford 150 on Saturday, June 16. The Colchester, VT veteran took the lead for good from Williamstown, VT\u2019s Jimmy Hebert on a lap-105 restart, then withstood a test from Rowley, MA\u2019s Eddie Macdonald to capture his second win of the season and the $5,000 winner\u2019s prize in round 2 of the Summer Showdown Series. Hebert, Mike Ziter, and Bryan Mason rounded out the top-5.

The ACT Late Model Tour will return from its upcoming mid-summer break with the J.P. Sicard\/Kingdom Gravel 151 at Groveton, NH\u2019s Speedway 51 on Saturday, July 14. Post time is 6:00pm.<\/p>\n
