The Littleton driver launched from the field within the first two laps as JJ Goodbout and Jacob Roy began to reel him in with the three running nose-to-tail. A four car pile-up ended the night for several cars while Goodbout and Thompson ran doorhandle-to-doorhandle for the top spot on the restart.

Thompson used the high lane to his advantage, leaving Goodbout, Roy and Donnie Baumgardner to fight for third. Tyler Thompson would claim the 50-lap win over Roy and Goodbout at the line. Post-race technical inspection found a ride height and exhaust infraction for Goodbout, relegating Donnie Baumgardner to third overall.

Young Evan Folsom stormed off with the lead in the Dads 4 By Tool & Supply Kids Division feature with Cameron Beattie, Maddie Potter and Clayton Houghton in tow. While a pair of quick spin cautions slowed the field, Evan Folsom continued on to take down win number one on the season followed across the line by a hard-charging Clayton Houghton and Maddie Potter to round out the podium.

The Caulder Construction Dwarf Cars started with father-son duo Dennis and Mitchell O’Brien bringing the field to green. Chad Dufour and Ethan Tyrrell took over the fight at the front as former champs Jason Wyman and Andy Hill battled for third. Hill faced mechanical woes on his return to the division, leaving Dufour and Wyman to decide their fate. Wyman would drive by on the outside to take the win over Ethan Tyrrell with Dufour holding off Jeff Ainsworth for third at the line.

40-year veteran Stacy Cahoon showed the 1764 Sports Bar & Grill Late Model field how to run the highbanks in the early goings of their 50-lap main event. By the lap eight caution for rookie McKenna Merchant’s spin in turn one, Kyle Goodbout had taken over the top spot with last week’s winner Kasey Beattie joining the fight with ten laps remaining. The two young lions of the Late Model ranks duked it out over the final laps but Kyle Goodbout held on for his first victory of the season followed by Beattie and Late Model rookie Jason Woodard.

After a side-by-side battle with Todd Derrington to lead the opening of The Farmyard Store Flying Tigers, Austin Sicard finally broke away on lap seven before his lead was quickly extinguished by the blown right-front tire of John Donahue bringing out the first caution. Back under green, Sicard came under fire from Luke Peters with Peters sneaking underneath on the backstretch and keeping the hammer down to claim the win. Young Sicard held on for second with Uncle Shane Sicard taking third.

The White Mountain Crown Vics returned to the highbanks thirteen strong for their second ever event. The green-to-checkers 20 lap feature was filled with action throughout and saw Mike Slingerland, who’s overheating motor made him miss the first event just two weeks ago, claim the victory over a hard-charging Frank Sweeney who started tenth. Steve Miller, Jr. rounded out the top-three.

White Mountain Motorsports Park brings Thunder to the Mountains with the Tiger $2K on Saturday, June 6!
