Lanpher, 14, finished second in the first 25-lap NELCAR feature event, and then after winning his heat race finished fourth in the second 25-lap event after starting 20th in the 23-car field. I kind of got moved out of a win a couple times there, but it was just racing. In the Pro Stock, it was fast and I was saving tires, and then after a couple of laps, we lost radio communication and had to battle that throughout the race.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s no way to tell there how good we would have been.<\/p>\n<p>IS THAT WHY YOU PITTED A COUPLE OF TIMES, TO FIX THE RADIO OR TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO THE CAR?<br \/>\nA little bit of both, actually. It was really, really loose in and out of the corner. We fixed the radio once, but then it did the same thing again.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s nothing we can do about that except come back next time a little more prepared.<\/p>\n<p>ARE YOU ENCOURAGED BY THE GOOD RESULTS TODAY WITH SO MUCH GOING ON?<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a little frustrating in the Pro Stock, knowing how much faster the car is. We missed the setup a little bit today.
