a third place finish in the Star 100 at Star Speedway in Epping, NH.\u00a0 The Kingston, NH driver will try to stay hot as he is ready to defend his title at the Hudson Hugger this Sunday, August 24<sup>th<\/sup>, at Hudson International Speedway in Hudson, NH.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Baillargeon is a star at Hudson, with two wins and a third place finish in 4 starts at the track with the GSPSS.\u00a0 The runner-up to the 2012 champion, Baillargeon has won the first two Hudson Hugger events at the \u00bc mile speedplant.\u00a0 \u201cWe are going to work hard to make it three in a row,\u201d Baillargeon stated.\u00a0 \u201cYou have to set a pace that won\u2019t kill your car and get it done.\u00a0 Just keep all the fenders on the car.\u201d\u00a0 Baillargeon will be piloting the #82 MMS Northeast\/Performance Unlimited Chevrolet at the Hudson Hugger.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Joining Baillargeon at Hudson International Speedway will be Larry Gelinas.\u00a0 Gelinas won the early summer event at Hudson this year, the Gate City Classic, by recovering from an early spin to put his Watt\u2019s Race Cars Cadillac in victory lane.\u00a0 Gelinas started the season on a horrid pace, finishing better than fourth in the first five events, but has not gotten the results the last two events.\u00a0 A broken rear-end yoke took the Buxton, ME driver out of contention of the JBH 100 at Monadnock Speedway, where he finished 15<sup>th<\/sup>.\u00a0 At Star Speedway, Gelinas had a chance to pick up the victory as he dove underneath Wayne Helliwell, JR in the final turn, but couldn\u2019t complete the move, ending up in the infield with a 16<sup>th<\/sup> place finish.\u00a0 The last two races have moved the former Oxford 250 champion out of the point lead, which is now held by Matt Frahm.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Frahm has been the hot shoe as of late, finishing 4<sup>th<\/sup>, 3<sup>rd<\/sup>, and 2<sup>nd<\/sup> in his last three races.\u00a0 The Hampstead, NH driver ended up 7<sup>th<\/sup> at the Gate City Classic at Hudson earlier this season, but owns two 3<sup>rd<\/sup> place finishes from the 2013 season, so the point leader is certainly a favorite to pick up the victory at the Hudson Hugger.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The second installment of the Granite State Pro Stock Series Tournament Challenge will begin at Hudson International Speedway.\u00a0 Dillon Moltz picked up the first ever Tournament Challenge by beating Larry Gelinas, along with 9 other drivers entered in the bracket, at Monadnock Speedway.\u00a0 Moltz received $250 courtesy of Victory Lane Radio and the Granite State Pro Stock Series.\u00a0 This Tournament Challenge has proven to be so successful, the purse has grown to a total of $700, thanks to Victory Lane Radio, 360 Design Lab, and participating drivers.\u00a0 For the first round, Brad Babb will take on Cory Robert, Dillon Moltz will face Matt Frahm, Derek Griffith will take on Barry Gray, and Mike Parks is pitted against Larry Gelinas.\u00a0 One car will advance from each battle, being the driver who finishes ahead of his counterpart.\u00a0 The second round will take place at Star Speedway as part of the Star Classic on September 6<sup>th<\/sup>, with the final round taking place at White Mountain Motorsports Park on September 20<sup>th<\/sup>.\u00a0 The winner will receive $500, and the second place driver will pick up $200.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Hudson Hugger will take place on Sunday, August 24<sup>th<\/sup>, at Hudson International Speedway.\u00a0 Post time for the event is <span data-term=\"goog_281615909\">5:46PM<\/span>, pit gates opening at <span data-term=\"goog_281615910\">2PM<\/span>, with the grandstands opening and practice beginning at <span data-term=\"goog_281615911\">4PM<\/span>.\u00a0 The Granite State Pro Stocks will run 100 laps, and be joined by the Roadrunners, Thunder Lights, and a special \u201cMighty Mike Lewis\u201d event for the Rookie Stocks.\u00a0 Adults are $20, seniors and juniors are $15, and children 10 and under are free with a paid adult.\u00a0 For more information on Hudson International Speedway, visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.starspeedway.com\/\">www.starspeedway.com<\/a>.\u00a0 For more information on the Granite State Pro Stock Series, visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gspss.net\">www.gspss.net<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By\u00a0 Shawn Sicard Walpole, NH-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bobby Baillargeon returned to form as he picked up a podium finish in his second race with the Granite State Pro Stock Series (GSPSS) in 2014;
