(Halifax, NS, August 19, 2015) The Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour is headed to Petty International Raceway this Saturday. This is the third and final trip of the season to the \u00bc mile oval located just outside of Moncton in River Glade, NB. The 150-lap stock car event marks round ten of 12 for the popular regional touring series. The Parts for Trucks 150 is the highlight event of the 50th running of the River Glade International taking place this weekend at Petty Raceway. Grandstands for Saturday\u2019s main event open at 3:00 PM, qualifying will take place at 5:10 PM with Atlantic Tiltload Time Trials. Feature racing is slated for 6:00 PM.

With just three races to go the championship chase is heating up, mathematically many teams are still in it, but have massive ground to make up on the top four. Dylan Blenkhorn (Truro, NS) has a very slim two point lead over Donald Chisholm (Antigonish, NS). Darren Mackinnon (Charlottetown, PE) who won the Linde 100 in June at Petty International is third and sits just 14 points behind the leader. Cole Butcher (Porter\u2019s Lake) has two wins this season and sits just 21 points out of the lead in fourth.<\/p>\n

Kicking off Saturday\u2019s racing card are the Atlantic Tiltload Maritime League of Legends and the Atlantic Modified Tour.<\/p>\n

Tickets for the Parts for Trucks 150 will be available at the gate on race day (cash only). Admission is $30.00 for adults, $10.00 for youth (8-18 yrs.); children 7 and under are free. Pit admission is $35.00. Adult weekend passes are also available for $45.00.<\/p>\n
