Qualifying gets underway at 2 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s a brand new asphalt track,&#8221; said Dragon, who sits third in the ACT standings after two races. &#8220;It&#8217;s a half-mile, and I really like the fast tracks like that.&#8221;<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nUntil this year, Devil&#8217;s Bowl existed solely as a dirt track and Dragon had never raced there.
