Polewarczyk started 13th and worked his way into the top-5 before a puff of smoke off his right front tire signaled a problem on lap 133. Seven laps later, Polewarczyk spun in turn two. After pitting and getting back into the race, he headed to pit road again &#8212; this time under the green flag &#8212; on lap 160.
