{"id":4067,"date":"2011-01-06T06:40:11","date_gmt":"2011-01-06T11:40:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/newenglandracingnews.com\/blog\/?p=9076"},"modified":"2011-01-06T06:40:11","modified_gmt":"2011-01-06T11:40:11","slug":"doiron-kicks-year-expo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newenglandracingnews.com\/blog\/2011\/01\/doiron-kicks-year-expo\/","title":{"rendered":"Doiron Kicks Off New Year At Expo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Doiron Kicks Off New Year At Expo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BERWICK, Maine &#8212; 2010 PASS North Series Rookie of the Year Joey Doiron will attend the 23rd annual Northeast Motorsports Expo and Trade Show on Friday and Saturday, Jan. 7-8, at the Augusta Civic Center in Augusta, Maine.<\/p>\n<p>Doiron will sign autographs on both nights from 6-8 p.m. at the Pro All-Stars Series booth.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n&#8220;It should be fun,&#8221; said Doiron, who drives the No. 73 JBJ Machine\/Dale Shaw Race Cars Dodge. &#8220;Looking back, it was a good season for me and this will be a good way to get started on next season.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Doiron, who won the ACT Late Model Tour Rookie of the Year award in 2009, made the jump to the PASS North Series and finished a solid ninth in the overall standings.
