RACE FANS CAN GET SNEAK PREVIEW OF 2011 STAFFORD SPEEDWAY SEASON AT 52ND
\nANNUAL FRANK MARATTA AUTO SHOW JAN. 28-JAN. 30<\/strong><\/p>\n

(Stafford Springs, CT)—Race fans can take a sneak preview into the 2011
\nNASCAR Whelen All-American Series season at Stafford Motor Speedway during
\nthe 52nd Annual Frank Maratta Auto Show at the Connecticut Expo Center from
\nJan. 28-Jan. 30. Stafford Motor Speedway will have a booth at the show and
\nthe featured attraction of the booth will be the #88 Wheelers Automotive SK
\nModified\u00ae car that Keith Rocco drove to the SK Modified\u00ae track championship
\nat Stafford.
\nRocco returns to Stafford\u2019s premier division this season with the same
\ncombination that propelled him to a Stafford SK Modified\u00ae record 10 wins
\nlast season and helped him become the 2010 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series
\nNational Champion.
\n\u201cWe\u2019re out to win races and championships and this past season has given the
\nwhole team a lot of motivation,\u201d said Rocco. \u201cEverything is staying the
\nsame for 2011 with the exception of Cordone and Sons Construction, which is
\na new sponsor that we picked up.\u201d
\nRocco\u2019s 2010 season was a master class in domination that saw him outgain
\nsecond place Woody Pitkat by a whopping 138-point margin, which equates to 2
\nrace wins plus a 7th place finish. Although Rocco says he can\u2019t expect to
\nhave another year like last season, he does expect to be among the title
\ncontenders once again when the green flag drops on the 2010 SK Modified\u00ae
\nseason.
\n\u201cObviously we can\u2019t expect to do the same things this year that we did last
\nyear,\u201d said Rocco. \u201cWe\u2019re going to put last year behind us and start out
\nfrom scratch. We\u2019ve been in contention for the past few years with the
\nexception of 2009, where we had some bad luck with putting a new team
\ntogether and sorting the car out. But we still won the most races in 2009
\nand if we can keep all four wheels on the car this year, we expect to be in
\ncontention again.\u201d
\nRocco will not be the only Stafford driver on hand at the Frank Maratta Auto
\nShow. On Saturday, Jan. 29th, there will be an autograph session from
\n6pm-7pm featuring the following Stafford drivers: Jeff Baral, Victoria
\nBergenty, Mike Christopher, Mike Christopher, Jr., Lauren Cooper, Heather
\nDesRochers, 2010 Late Model Rookie of the Year Tim Fogg, Glenn Griswold,
\nKyle Spencer, and Josh White. Rocco will also be part of the autograph
\nsession.
\nThe 52nd Annual Frank Maratta Auto Show is a three-day event running from
\nFriday, January 28th through Sunday, January 30th. The show hours are
\n5pm-11pm on Friday the 28th, 11am-11pm on Saturday the 29th, and 10am-6pm on
\nSunday the 30th. Show admission is $15 for Adults and $7.50 for Children 12
