Hodgson&#8217;s career night came in the series&#8217; inaugural visit to the track affectionately known as \u201cThe Madhouse.\u201d After starting 22nd in the 27-car field, the Sunoco Rookie of the Year candidate slowly worked his way to the front by avoiding one of the many spins that dotted the evening.
