LOUDON, N.H. (July 11, 2011) -The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series drivers may not hit the track until Friday, but Thursday the off-track action at New Hampshire Motor Speedway is jam-packed with excitement.<\/p>\n
At 10:30 a.m., the new state-of-the-art Panasonic scoreboard will be unveiled for the first time with three 32-foot-by-18-foot Panasonic TV screens. The screens provide an impressive view of all the race action and instant replays. Below the video boards will be a scrolling leaderboard with color graphics that gives fans running positions and lap times for all 43 drivers, along with interesting race statistics and event information.

\nThe WOKQ FanFest kicks off at 5 until 10 p.m. This seasons FanFest features county duo Steel Magnolia singing hit songs like; “Keep on Lovin’ You”, “Just by Being You (Halo and Wings)” and their current single “Last Night Again.” New England native and New Hampshire Motor Speedway winner Joey Logano will also sign autographs beginning at 8:30 p.m. at the FanFest stage.<\/p>\n
During FanFest, make sure to check out the new Lite Lobster Lounge. This New England-themed watering hole is sponsored by Miller Lite and features food, beverage and entertainment in a family-friendly atmosphere. A great gathering place for family, friends and fun, the Lite Lobster Lounge will be located in the Broadway Midway.<\/p>\n
This fan celebration is free for all fans and includes admission to all of Thursday’s exciting events at the speedway. The festivities include qualifying and practice sessions for the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East New England 125 and the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour F.W. Webb 100 races, the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series hauler parade and much more.
