\"Stafford\"<\/a>Race fans can now enjoy the experience of a
\nlifetime at Stafford Motor Speedway. Stafford now has a 2-seat modified
\nwhich will allow race fans the opportunity to ride around the famed Stafford
\nMotor Speedway half-mile track with 5-time SK Modified\u00ae champion Bob Potter.
\nStafford Speedway has several ride along options available to race fans.
\nThe first available option is a practice ride along session. For $50, fans
\ncan take a ride with Potter for 4 laps as the only car on the track during
\nthe 4:00-5:45 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series practice session.
\n
\nThe second available option is an intermediate ride along session. For $75,
\nfans can take a ride with Bob Potter for 4 laps as the only car on the track
\nin between feature events during a Friday night race program.<\/p>\n

And the final and best option available is an SK Modified\u00ae feature ride
\nalong. For $100, fans can join Potter in the 2-seater and be part of the SK
\nModified\u00ae feature during the pace laps. Potter will ride at the end of the
\nfield during the SK Modified\u00ae feature pace laps before pulling off track
\nwhen the field gets the one to go signal from the flag stand.<\/p>\n

Safety gear for ride along participants will be provided by Stafford Motor
\nSpeedway. If ride along participants have their own safety gear, they may
\nuse that if the safety gear has been approved by SMS Safety Officials. All
\nride along participants must be at least 16 years of age.<\/p>\n

The Stafford 2-seat modified made its debut this past weekend during the
\nCARQUEST Tech-Net Spring Sizzler Weekend and Cathy Lent was the lucky fan
\nwho got to take the very first ride along trip with Potter around Stafford.
\nLent won the opportunity through an auction and says the experience was a
\nthrill a minute.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was amazing,\u201d Lent said. \u201cComing around the turns was amazing. You\u2019re
\nlooking at it and you think you\u2019re going to run into the walls. Just the
\nforce in the car, you have no idea what it feels like until you\u2019re in that
\ncar.\u201d<\/p>\n
