Chase Grennan of Glen Cove delivered a major milestone this past Saturday at Riverhead Raceway, capturing a hard-fought victory in a regular distance NASCAR Modified race. This win marks his first-ever victory in a 50-lap feature event, adding to his impressive tally of four wins across various Crown Jewel Series events.

The action was tight from the start, especially following an eventful qualifying session where mechanical issues and contact caused some drama among the field. Despite early setbacks, Grennan managed to fight his way through the pack to secure the checkered flag in the Black Forest Auto Works Chevy.

The battle for position remained intense throughout the race as drivers jostled for advantage. While Grennan took the top spot, competitors like Kyle Ellwood and Dylan Slepian battled closely for the remainder of the event, showcasing the competitive nature of the Modified field.

Other notable results included Kyle Ellwood finishing second in the Millennium Limited Construction Chevy, while Michael Berner also secured a win in the Crate Modifieds. The day provided plenty of milestones for the drivers competing on the track.
