Four-time NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour champion Justin Bonsignore is making a return to the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series, heading to Thompson Speedway on June 24th with team owner Ken Massa steering the ship.
Bonsignore brings significant pedigree to the series, having secured multiple championships in the Whelen Modified Tour, including titles in 2018, 2020, 2021, and 2024 while driving for Massa. He stands as the second winningest driver in the history of the Whelen Modified Tour with a total of 48 victories.
While Bonsignore has accumulated 14 starts in the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series, he has yet to capture a victory in the division. This upcoming event marks another opportunity for him to compete in this specific series.
Bonsignore’s recent history includes a notable absence from the Whelen Modified Tour when he missed an event at Oxford Plains Speedway, which broke a string of 245 consecutive starts dating back to the start of the 2010 season.
