Bill Cote, driving the #69 Roy’s Auto Service team, is chasing a long-sought goal in his sixth season of Street Stock competition: a feature victory. The focus is now squarely on the Midstate Site Development Street Stock 30 taking place at Stafford Speedway this Friday, June 26th, as Cote looks to break through and finally hit the podium.
Cote has shown solid consistency throughout the 2025 season, securing a pair of third-place finishes, though a feature win remains elusive. While he has posted top-8 finishes in every race this season, the ultimate goal is to secure that first major win. He currently sits fifth in the Street Stock points standings, aiming to maintain a top-five position as the season progresses.
The team is focused on making adjustments to the car and setup leading into the feature event. Cote noted that while the car starts well, finding the right changes amidst track and temperature shifts is key. The team has been working on modifications and new tires in preparation for the Midstate Site Development Street Stock 30, hoping these efforts will pay off during the final 30 laps.
Beyond the Street Stock action, Stafford Speedway is hosting a full feature event, including Limited Late Model cars and competition across the SK Modified®, Late Model, and SK Light divisions. The day will also feature a fireworks celebration for all attendees.
