The Thompson Speedway hosted a packed event on Wednesday for the Twisted Tea Winged Wednesday showcase, featuring intense competition across multiple classes. The New England Supermodified Series – Twisted Tea 40 drew significant attention, with driver Jeffrey Battle ultimately taking the checkered flag in first place.

The Supermodified battle was fierce, with PJ Stergios finishing second and Dan Bowes rounding out the podium in third. This race showcased high-level skill as drivers battled for position throughout the 40-lap event.

Beyond the Supermodifieds, other divisions saw action. In the Late Model category, Matt Lowinski-Loh secured the win, while the SK Light Modifieds feature saw Austin Goff take the lead early on. The Thompson Sunoco Modifieds also delivered excitement, with Todd Owen ultimately winning the 50-lap feature.

The event provided a full spectrum of motorsports action, demonstrating the talent across various classes, from Supermodifieds and Late Models to SK Light Modifieds and Sunoco Modifieds.
