As the 2026 season at Stafford Speedway reaches its midpoint, three-time Limited Late Model champion Jeremy Lavoie continues to lead the standings in the division. Lavoie and his #6 L&S Equipment team have demonstrated remarkable consistency throughout the season, setting a high bar for performance among the competitors.
The team has managed to secure top-10 finishes in every race run so far, showcasing an ability to stay ahead of the pack. A highlight of their early efforts came when they captured their first victory of the season during the extra distance 30-lap race, which featured the largest purse ever awarded at Stafford.
The Limited Late Model division at Stafford has shown significant parity in recent seasons, with numerous feature winners across the board. Lavoie stands out as the only driver in the division to achieve top-10 finishes in each of the first eight races, a testament to his sustained performance level.
With three track championships already under their belt (2018, 2019, and 2023), Lavoie is in an excellent position to pursue a fourth title. His focus remains on maintaining this level of consistency as they push for the championship at Stafford.
