The Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour stars have put their heads in the notebooks in preparation for the $53,000 Milton CAT Midsummer Classic 250 at White Mountain Motorsports Park this Saturday night. The $10,000-to-win showdown is calling the best of the best to North Woodstock, New Hampshire for a chance to join New England’s most exclusive winner’s list.
Gabe Brown, Kaiden Fisher, and Jake Johnson run one, two, three on the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour standings and have been deep in preparation for the longest event of the season. Fisher was among the Touring brass who made the trip to White Mountain this past Saturday to test and tune his mount, along with Jesse Switser. Switser showed consistent speed taking home a second-place finish and looks to take his second Milton CAT 250 victory this Saturday.
Blainville, Quebec’s Jonathan Bouvrette is currently the highest Canadian in the ACT standings and will be looking to make it back-to-back Quebecois wins in the Milton CAT Midsummer Classic 250 after Raphael Lessard’s victory last August. Remi Perreault will also look to bring home a solid finish for the Quebec fans on Saturday.
Coming back onto the scene are a pair of former Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour champions in Center Conway, New Hampshire’s DJ Shaw and South Hero, Vermont’s Brian Hoar. While Shaw is going for his third career Milton CAT Midsummer Classic win, Hoar is looking to cash his first $10,000 winner’s check since his 2011 Vermont Milk Bowl victory!
While Erick Sands, Geoff Rollins, Cole Littlewood, Aaron Fellows and rookie Craig Smith look to continue their strong touring seasons, the Milton CAT Midsummer Classic 250 brings plenty of invaders to shake up the show. Vermont’s Thunder Road sends Stephen Martin, Justin Prescott and Brandon Gray, Dillon Moltz will return to one of his most successful tracks from the great state of Maine while Massachusetts hot-shoe Ryan Kuhn will pilot the Reinbold Insurance Ford Mustang.
The Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour is back in action on Saturday, August 1 for the 9th annual Milton CAT Midsummer Classic 250 at White Mountain Motorsports Park. The Stars and Cars of the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour will be joined by The Farmyard Store Flying Tigers, Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Strictly Minis, Dads 4 By Tool & Supply Kids Division and the NELCAR Legends with a 5:00pm Start Time!
Grandstands open at 1:00pm with Adult General Admission set at $30, Kids aged 6-12 are $10 and all Children five and under are free! The Family Four Pack (two adults, two kids) will also be available for $70. Get there early for a special pre-race concert courtesy of the Eric Grant Band from 4pm to 4:45pm!
