Kevin Harvick secured his second victory of the season at the CARS Tour West Pro Late Model Triple Crown 125 held at Colorado National Speedway. The win came after a dramatic late-race maneuver where Harvick overtook Jaron Giannini in the closing laps to take the checkered flag.
The final moments of the feature were defined by Harvick’s strategic move. As lapped traffic entered play, Harvick utilized the outside groove to gain momentum, eventually driving around Giannini with just nine laps remaining to claim the victory on the 3/8-mile oval.
This race was part of the Triple Crown Challenge, which offers drivers a $20,000 bonus for competing in three specific events throughout the season at Evergreen Speedway, Colorado National Speedway, and Kevin Harvick’s Kern Raceway in October. Keelan Harvick had earned the pole position for the event.
