Lee USA Speedway is ready to rumble New Hampshire’s coastline this Friday night with an exciting twin bill featuring Round #3 in the Seacoast Late Model Challenge and the return of the 350 Supermodifieds.
The five-division showdown at New Hampshire’s Center of Speed is one that cannot be missed to kick-off the month of August in the Granite State!
The Seacoast Late Model Challenge is about to be wide open to all comers. Current series point leader Jimmy Renfrew Jr. has been rumored to have sold his Late Model, almost certainly leaving the point lead to current runner-up Geoff Rollins. The Merrimack native has been traveling with the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour this summer but found some great home cooking with a strong runner-up finish to Ryan Kuhn in July’s 100 lap showdown.
Kuhn and the Reinbold Insurance Agency Ford Mustang have also been on a roll, winning the last time out and looking to double up at Lee USA Speedway this Friday. Erick Sands, Nate LeClair, Cam Huntress, Josh Hedges and Holdyn Sullivan will also be among the full-time series drivers looking to gain during Renfrew’s absence.
The 350 Supers also return to the 3/8-mile Lee USA Speedway on Friday. After two events, Ben Tinker leads Ben Seitz by just one point in the track championship standings following the popular Triple 20s back on July 17. This week’s event will be a straight, 40-lap trophy dash and the final test and tune for the 350s prior to their visit during the Ollie Silva Midsummer Classic on Friday, August 21.
The Tri-City Lining Street Stocks, Ridge Runners and MLM Diagnostic Services Crown Vics also return this Friday. The Ridge Runners continue to showcase the best that Lee USA Speedway has to offer with Kyle Dumas leading Josh Hodgdon by just two points going into Friday’s 20 lap showdown while the Street Stocks and Crown Vics continue to host a wild and varied crowd of the region’s best challengers!
Lee USA Speedway returns to racing action this Friday, August 7 for the third round in the Seacoast Late Model Challenge! 100 laps for the ACT Late Models are on the board alongside the 350 Supermodified Series, Tri-City Lining Street Stocks, Ridge Runners and MLM Diagnostic Services Crown Vics with a 7:00pm Post Time!
Grandstands open at 5:00pm with Adult General Admission set at $20, Kids 6-12 are just $5 and Children five and under are free!
