The historic Riverhead Raceway is set to host a diverse weekend featuring thrilling side-by-side NASCAR racing alongside major family entertainment events on Friday, August 7th, and Saturday, August 8th. This twin bill weekend will feature the annual Cromarty Wall of Champions induction and the highly anticipated Baldwin, Evans & Jarzombek 77 recognition.
Friday night focuses on honoring NASCAR Modified racing legends as the three iconic figures are enshrined on the Wall of Champions. The event also highlights the ongoing championship chases in various Modified classes. Dylan Slepian is defending his win in the Baldwin, Evans & Jarzombek 77, while Owen Grennan leads the 2026 Modified championship pursuit. In Late Models, Allan Pedersen led into a 25-lap battle, holding a two-point advantage over Dave Brigati.
Saturday shifts focus to community celebration with the Ollie's Bargain Outlet I Love America Night program. Fans can enjoy fireworks and a full-size School Bus Demolition Derby as the festivities conclude the weekend. Prior to the entertainment, various NASCAR Local Racing Series, including the TK Figure Eights and Street Stocks, will unfold, showcasing local talent.
The weekend also features action in the INEX Legend Race Cars, where Riely O'Keefe leads the championship chase. Furthermore, drivers from various classes compete across the board, with the Outlaws and Bandits vying for positions in the INEX categories, demonstrating the wide range of competition at Riverhead Raceway.
