Dylan Blenkhorn added another Summer Clash victory to his impressive resume on Sunday, capturing his third career win in the Summer Clash 250 presented by Superior Foundations and Atlantic Tiltload at Scotia Speedworld. Blenkhorn raced to the checkered flag in the prestigious 250-lap event, earning a minimum of $15,000 for the victory plus additional lap money. Championship leader Ashton Tucker crossed the line second, with Cory Hall completing the podium in third. Gage Gilby finished fourth, while Austin MacDonald rounded out the top five.
Cole Butcher accepted the Scott Fraser Pole Challenge and started from the rear of the field instead of starting from the third position. Due to mechanical issues mid-way through the race the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Rookie contender was unable to finish the race.
Cory Hall bested Gage Gilby in Top Construction Time Trials on Friday evening, earning the pair the front-row starting positions for the Summer Clash 250 presented by Superior Foundations and Atlantic Tiltload. Cole Butcher (Troutman, NC), Dylan Blenkhorn and Craig Slaunwhite (Terence Bay, NS) followed with victories in their respective Atlantic Tiltload Heat Races to complete qualifying and set the field for Saturday's 250-lap main event.
Additional contingency cash and prizes were also awarded too: Eastlink Fastest Lap Award went to Cory Hall, R&D Performancentre Most Laps Led Award went to Dylan Blenkhorn, Swift Springs Hard Charger Award went to Chris Reid, QA1 Free Pass Award went to Robbie MacEwen, Fivestar Hard Luck Award went to Tylor Hawes, and Lucas Oil Rookie of the Race went to Owen Mahar.

The Heart of a Champion Vintage Race Car Series also entertained race fans at Scotia Speedworld with a great display of vintage racing. Donny Young came out on top in the 30-lap feature to earn the victory.
