Following the rainout of the originally scheduled July 18 date, the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour is set to return for the second and final time this season on Saturday, August 22. The CAN-AM 200 at Autodrome Montmagny just north of Quebec City will pit the best American teams against the greatest Canadian stars on their own home turf with a $10,000 winner’s share on the line!

Mother Nature has created an extremely busy stretch for the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour after kicking off a four-in-a-row stretch Sunday at Groveton, New Hampshire’s Riverside Speedway. West Burke, Vermont’s Jesse Switser got the job done with just three laps remaining and looks to continue that momentum on the vastly different Montmagny 3/8-mile. A far cry from Groveton’s tight, highbanked quarter mile, Montmagny has unique banking from turn one, down the backstretch and through turns three and four before quickly flattening off onto the frontstretch that doubles as a dragstrip!

The Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour teams will have 200 laps to figure out the tricky Quebec oval against the province’s best who visit the track far more often! Patrick Laperle and L.P. Lauzier have already won at Montmagny this season in Serie ACT Quebec competition while former CAN-AM 200 winner Raphael Lessard is also looking to run back to victory lane! Gabe Brown is hoping for another strong run to maintain his Milton CAT point lead while teammate Kaiden Fisher is looking to bounce back from a tough outing last Sunday.

Top full-time US teams making the trip include a crop of first-timers including Jason Corliss in the #91CT Ford Mustang, rookie Geoff Rollins and multi-time Claremont Speedway track champion Aaron Fellows while Jonathan Bouvrette, Remi Perreault, Erick Sands and Cole Littlewood are hoping their past experience keeps them ahead of the game on Saturday.

While it is unknown if Jeff Cote will be able to get back on track this season after a wreck at Groveton bent the center section of his chassis, Quebec will once again be well represented by the likes of Laperle, Lauzier and fellow top-three Serie ACT Quebec driver Michael Lavoie. Mirabel’s Mathieu Kingsbury returns to ACT competition this Saturday along with Dany Trepanier, cousins Andrew and William Larue, Patrick Cliché, Dany Gariepy and more!

The Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour returns to Autodrome Montmagny this Saturday, August 22 for the $10,000-to-Win CAN-AM 200. The stars and cars of the international tour return to the famed 3/8-mile oval north of Quebec City for their final trip north of the border in 2026!
