He has a proven track record, including two Chili Bowl victories in 2002 and 2007, and he has experience working with the team, even helping with track preparation inside the SageNet Center.
The immediate focus for the team is the upcoming 41st annual Chili Bowl Nationals, scheduled for January 11-16, 2027, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Stewart’s expertise is particularly valuable as the team seeks to maximize their chances of victory in this highly competitive event, where variables are numerous.
Matt Seymour Racing has a history in the Chili Bowl, with the team making its debut in 2016 and securing its first A-Main appearance in 2022.
