Marcello Rufrano secured a well-deserved victory in the SK Modified feature at Stafford Speedway on August 21st. The event provided excitement across multiple divisions, including the Late Model, SK Light Modified, and Street Stock races, all held during the Maybury Back to SKool Kids night festivities.
The action in the SK Modified feature was tight, with Tyler Chapman leading early on, but the race saw intense maneuvering among the top contenders. Marcello Rufrano ultimately fought his way to the top, taking the checkered flag to claim his third win of the 2026 season.
The field was competitive throughout the 40-lap feature. Other notable results included Wayne Coury, Jr. taking the win in the Late Model feature, Chris Matthew winning the SK Light feature, and PJ Evans securing his first-ever victory in the Street Stock division.
The Limited Late Model feature also saw Duane Provost emerge as the winner, while the Limited Late Model race featured a disqualification for Travis Hydar following post-race inspection. The day was packed with action across all the modified and stock categories.
