The Catalano family continues its tradition of racing, with the Modifieds running in the blood since the 1960s. This past weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, two members of the family achieved significant results in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, securing top-five finishes that highlight their dedication and skill on the track.

Tommy Catalano secured a strong showing, finishing just shy of second place. For Tommy, the achievement was particularly meaningful as this was the first New Hampshire race they had ever completed without any mechanical issues or crashes, marking a major milestone for the family.

Younger brother Trevor Catalano also celebrated a career highlight, finishing fifth. He expressed pride in the result, noting that the car was a complete rebuild, emphasizing the effort put into the vehicle. While Trevor noted that the last few races have been challenging, this top-five finish provides a much-needed boost, especially as he looks to build on momentum after a rough year.

For Trevor, this result is a career day, marking his first top-five finish since last August at Richmond Raceway. He hopes these top-five finishes will encourage the team to continue pushing for top-ten finishes throughout the season.
