The 38th running of the CorvetteParts.com Glass City 200 at Toledo Speedway has been canceled. The ASA STARS National Tour and Toledo Speedway made the difficult decision to cancel the event after reviewing the latest weather forecasts, citing predictions of heavy rain and high winds throughout the weekend.
This decision was made to protect participants and spectators. With race teams traveling from across the country, canceling the event early was deemed necessary to avoid significant fuel, travel, and lodging expenses, as well as the low probability of successfully completing the race as scheduled.
This event was slated to be the ninth race of the 2026 season, which originally included twelve scheduled races. The inclement weather also led to the cancellation of the Tour’s stop at Dominion Raceway. To conclude the 2026 season, the Governor’s Cup at New Smyrna has been added as a replacement event.
Promoter Marty Melo confirmed that there will be no makeup date scheduled for the Toledo event. Consequently, the 38th Glass City 200 will have to wait until 2027. The ASA STARS National Tour will continue with its schedule, highlighted by the annual Winchester 400 in Indiana on October 11th.
