With rain all around the track and for a brief moment at the track, the decision was made to run features only for the Jim Fields #46 Memorial make up race, sponsored by Jim Fields Family. The feature winners of the 59th consecutive season week eighteen were Melvin Pierson in the Sabil & Sons DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds; Bob Shepard in the Wells River Chevrolet DIRTcar Sportsman Coupes; Shawn King in the Dad’s 4 By Tool & Supply Sportsman Modifieds Limited, Growler winner Lucas Balch; in the LaValley Building Supply Dirt Stocks SEGMENT one: Keith Mansur, SEGMENT two: Tyler Fellows, OVERALL Tyler Fellows; Growler winner Tyler Fellows; Riley Chaffee in the Woodsville Power Equipment Bobcat Ridge Runners, Growler winner Kevin LaForest; Mac MacDuffie in the Sprint Cars of New England and JP Vaillancourt in the Wingless.
The record books will show that he didn’t go down without a fight having to come from the back of the pack after last week’s feature win. Jason Gray knew that mathematically with the number of cars taking the green, the only thing Max Dolliver would have to do to win the championship and end Gray’s streak at six, would be to start the feature. That did not deter him from putting on a show for the fans reminding them why he was a six time champion. Gray would make it all the way to victory lane, taking the final spot after beating Todd Buckwold. Melvin Pierson was able to hold off the full field for his first win of the season with James Fadden taking home second. Max Dolliver finished in nineth after having to go pit side to change a tire and will be crowned your 2026 track champion after falling short in the bridesmaid position to Gray for three consecutive years. Todd Buckwold and Owen Brown rounded out the top five. Jason Horniak will be recognized as the 2026 rookie.
It was a celebration for the eldest and the youngest in the Wells River Chevrolet-part of the Auto Saver Group DIRTcar Sportsman Coupes in victory lane. The eldest Bob Shepard worked his way from mid pack to the front to beat Alexis Pushee for the win with Jason Gray tight behind the pair crossing in third. Tad Kingsbury was able to work his way up to forth before running out of time with Michael Danforth Jr taking home fifth and his third consecutive championship for his grandfather Gene Pierson.
With Adam Osgood after a long hiatus placing third overall, the rookie battle in this division was a tight one with Travis King earning the honors, to be recognized at the awards banquet November 14th, at the final checkers beating out Chris Roberts by one point.
Shawn King beats his dad Bryan King in the Dad’s 4 By Tool & Supply Sportsman Modifieds Limited for the win with Keegan Tabor joining the family in victory lane crossing in third. Son King ties his dad with five wins, Dad King gets to claim the championship crown for the second year in a row, this time without a co-champ. Jordan Robinson and Lucas Balch rounded out your time. All five will be recognized at the annual awards banquet on Friday November 13th with Keegan Tabor earning the rookie title.
Tyler Fellows ended the season exactly the way he wanted to in the LaValley Building Supply Dirt Stocks scoring his third win and his second consecutive championship in only his third year of competition. A two segment format of 23 laps each in honor of Jim Fields #46 with an overall winner was held. Segment one was won by Keith Mansur with Fellows in second and Tim Tucker in third. Segment two would go to Fellows with John Fields second and Tim Tucker third. Fellows wins overall with three points followed by Mansur with five and Fields by virtue of his second segment finish breaking the tie with Tim Tucker to take home third. Tim Tucker and Mike Mann rounded out the top five. In a points battle that came down to the final event Fellows was able to hold on to claim his second championship beating out Keith Mansur by six points John Fields is third. Fourth will be occupied by two drivers, Mike Mann and Tim Tucker, with Timothy Blake getting the final bear fifth in the overall points standings. Michael Larocque will be recorded as your 2026 Rookie of the Year, based on overall points standings.
Riley Chaffee wins feature number five and locks himself into the fourth place points position for the season. The win came down to a photo finish with the transponder locations needing to be verified in a post-race inspection. Chaffee is victorious over Zach Audet who crossed in second and is your 2026 runner up in the points battle. Ryan Sayers crossed the line in third with Audet in sight which is what he needed to do to be crowned King for the 2026 season. Kevin LaForest and Steve Miller Jr rounded out the top five. LaForest will be recognized as your third place finisher in the points battle. Jacob Davis will be recorded as your 2026 Rookie of the Year, based on overall points standings.
Mac MacDuffie wins big in the Sprint Cars of New England beating out Kadyn Berry for the win. Scott Holcomb was the man on the move but would run out of time to set a challenge for the win, crossing the line in third. Caiden Herbert and Will Hull completed the top five. The wingless were back in town as well with six machines taking the green at the JP Vaillancourt is scored your winner over Matt Lashua and Toby Stark. Greg Shepsis and Donald Ottati completed the top five.
