Sadler-Stanley Racing and Luke Baldwin mutually announced Thursday that they are parting ways following the conclusion of the 2026 SMART Modified Tour season.

The pair, who worked together for three years, achieved significant success in southern Modified racing. Baldwin won the championship in 2024 with two victories and 13 top-10 finishes in 14 events. In 2025, Baldwin was again the series champion, capturing four victories in 14 events, along with 10 top-five finishes.

Baldwin has also scored seven top-10 finishes so far in 2026. In total, across 39 races together as of today, Baldwin has six wins, 23 top-fives, and 32 top-10s behind the wheel of the Pace-O-Matic No. 7VA.

“I am so thankful for the opportunity that Hermie Sadler and Senator Bill Stanley have given me to drive their No. 7VA on the SMART Modified Tour,” Luke Baldwin said. “If it wasn’t for them, my racing career definitely wouldn’t be where it is today. I’m excited about what the future holds, but want to thank Hermie, Bill, everyone at PSR Products and the entire team for their support. We are planning on ending on a high note in the final two SMART Modified Tour races of the season, and I wish them nothing but success going forward into 2027.”

Co-owner Hermie Sadler commented, “The past three years with Luke driving our Pace-O-Matic No. 7VA has been very rewarding for all of us on the team. Luke has obviously performed on the track, but he has just importantly delivered off the track for our team and our partner, Pace-O-Matic. It has been awesome to see his growth and we are excited to see what the future holds for Luke and his family.”

Racing plans for Luke Baldwin for the 2027 season will be announced at a later date. A driver lineup for Sadler-Stanley Racing for 2027 will also be announced at a later date.
