The New London-Waterford Speedbowl hosted a thrilling finale weekend, crowning champions across multiple divisions. In the Late Models, Derek Gluchacki secured his first win of the season, taking the checkered flag after a fierce battle that saw Ray Christian III and Shawn Gaedeke vying for position. Christian, who took the green flag, earned his second Late Model championship, while Gluchacki successfully held off Christian to claim the victory.

The SK Light Modified division saw a dramatic finish as Leo Nunes secured his first Speedbowl win. After an intense battle involving Kali Trapp and the Nunes brothers, Leo Nunes ultimately held off pressure from Kali Trapp and Robert Bloxsom III to take the win. Bloxsom III’s fourth-place finish was sufficient to secure the SK Light championship.

In the Street Stocks, Ike Chima claimed his first career win, leading every lap of the race. Chima held off Greg Moran Jr. and championship contender Chad Baxter, who struggled to maintain position throughout the event. Baxter ultimately retained the championship by a narrow margin of seven points.

The action continued in the Trucks, where Mason Silva was challenged by Tyler Chapman. After a rough start, Chapman managed to take the lead and win the race, while Silva suffered mechanical issues, coasting to ninth place. In the Mini Stock division, Sam Mesick secured the victory after a green-white-checker finish, while Andrew Krzeminski fought hard for a podium spot.
