This event serves as the finale for the Pro Late Model championship, which has been a fiercely contested battle between Robby Sawyer, Kyle Keller, and Jaron Giannini. Sawyer currently holds the lead with 344 points, maintaining an 11-point advantage over Keller and an 18-point lead over Giannini.
In the Limited Late Model division, Kenna Mitchell continues to hold the championship advantage, leading Tanner Huddleston by 23 points. Mitchell aims to rebound from a 16th-place finish at the Kyle Busch Classic, while Jeffrey Peterson, who has won all five of his starts this season, returns to the half-mile oval seeking a sixth series victory. The division also features a 75-lap feature race.
The day also concludes the Frank’s Radio Southwest Legends season, though Logan Chambers has already mathematically secured the series championship.
