Stafford Speedway has released its full 2027 racing schedule, featuring 23 events from April through October. The 2027 schedule combines Stafford's cornerstone traditions with fan-favorite events and two visits from the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, including the Tour's return to the NAPA Spring Sizzler®.
“Each year we work to deliver a schedule that focuses on strong weekly racing while giving fans something new to get excited about,” said Paul Arute, Stafford Speedway COO. “The 2027 schedule builds on that focus with two NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour events, including a 200-lap NAPA Spring Sizzler®, along with our special events, family nights, and some of the best weekly short track racing in the country.”
The season kicks off with NAPA Auto Parts Opening Day on Saturday, April 24th, followed by the 55th Annual NAPA Spring Sizzler® on Sunday, April 25th, continuing one of short track racing’s most historic weekends. The NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour will headline the weekend with The Greatest Race in the History of Spring, the 200-lap NAPA Spring Sizzler®. The SK Modified® and SK Light divisions will also race on Sunday, along with the NAPA Pit Party, and the Granite State Pro Stocks join the Opening Day card.
Weekly racing will return each Friday night beginning May 7th and run through NAPA Champions Night on October 1st. Headlined by the SK Modified® division, Stafford’s weekly racing program includes the Late Model, SK Light Modified, Limited Late Model, and Street Stock divisions each week.

Championships come down to the end of the season, and every lap matters. Our weekly racers are the heart and soul of this place, and their dedication, passion, and talent are what make Stafford so special. We can’t wait to see what they bring in 2027.”
Other schedule highlights include the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series making two stops at the half-mile; Wednesday, July 14th for the 4th annual GAF Roofing Modified Masters and again on Saturday, October 2nd for the 54th Annual NAPA Auto Parts Fall Final. The NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour returns on Friday, August 27th for the GAF Modified Tour 150. The SK Modified® division will run 3 extra distance races in 2027 including the Casella Waste 80, Call Before You Dig Senator’s Cup, and the 14th running of the NAPA Auto Parts SK 5K.
Families can circle three Kids Nights, each featuring a Big Wheel race: the Great Rate Rentals Kids Night on May 28th, the Lincoln Tech Kids Night on July 2nd, and the Maybury Back to Skool Kids Night on August 20th. Friday, September 10th is First Responders Night, featuring the TC-13 Shootout. The Limited Late Model division runs its 30 lap special on June 11th, and the Late Model division closes out the summer with the 7th Annual Paradiso Insurance Late Model 50 on September 3rd.
