Dylan Zampa dominated the season finale at Kevin Harvick’s Kern Raceway, leading the Harvey L. Hall 125 flag-to-flag to claim his first SPEARS CARS Tour Southwest Pro Late Model victory of 2026. Zampa led the field of 14 Pro Late Models for the entire 125 laps, demonstrating a commanding performance in the series finale.

The championship battle proved dramatic, with Robby Sawyer ultimately securing the 2026 CARS Southwest Pro Late Model title. Sawyer clinched the championship four points ahead of Kyle Keller, despite his engine failing late in the race, forcing him to limp back to the infield.

Jaron Giannini finished second, marking his fifth consecutive second-place finish, while Jeremy Doss finished third. Buddy Shepherd finished fourth, which secured him the inaugural Hoosier Tire West Triple Crown Challenge, earning the team the $7,500 prize.

Sawyer emphasized that consistency was the key to his title, noting that the championship was built on points. Giannini, who finished seven points behind the champion, praised his team's development throughout the season, despite the challenges faced.
