The ASA Southern Super Series is set to conclude its 2026 season on Saturday, October 24, with the World Crown 300 at Cordele Motor Speedway. This 300-lap Super Late Model event marks the third consecutive year the series has held its championship at the Crisp County oval, following its revival in 2024.
Entering the finale, Spencer Davis of Dawsonville, Georgia, holds the points advantage, leading the series with a 35-point cushion over Matt Craig. Davis built his lead through consistent performance, while Bubba Pollard sits in third place, 41 points behind the leader. Georg Phillips and Stephen Nasse complete the top five heading into the championship round.
The financial stakes are high for the 22-car field. Thanks to the track's SuperFest incentive structure, the base start money increases from $3,000 to $5,000 for eligible teams, and the winner's base prize is boosted from $35,000 to $50,000.
The World Crown 300, first contested in 1983, has a rich history, featuring past winners like Dick Trickle. The event, which was revived in 2024, features three former champions in this year's lineup: Casey Roderick (2014), Michael Hinde (2024), and Jake Garcia (2025).
