Stephen Nasse secured a significant victory at Cordele Motor Speedway on Saturday, adding the World Crown 300 to his impressive short track resume. This win makes Nasse the sole driver to have captured the World Crown 300 in addition to a Snowball Derby, an All-American 400, and a Winchester 400.
The Anthony Campi Racing No. 51 team managed a compelling victory, ultimately prevailing over several late restarts. Nasse inherited the lead on Lap 109 after a dominant Bubba Pollard slowed due to an engine issue, allowing Nasse to take the win in a highly competitive field.
The race featured intense action from several competitors. Jake Garcia of FR8 Racing was running second and was challenged by Colin Allman. A caution caused by a crash involving Keelan Harvick and Casey Roderick forced a final restart with seven laps remaining, which saw Allman pressure Nasse, though Allman ultimately finished as the runner-up.
In other results, Spencer Davis claimed the Southern Super Series championship with a third-place finish. Davis credited the GMS Race Car from Nexus Racing, Surf USA Mobile 96, for providing long-run speed, noting that he had a great year despite not securing the World Crown.
