American Canadian Tour
N. Woodstock, NH – White Mountain Motorsports Park officials have postponed the American-Canadian Tour (ACT) event originally scheduled for Saturday, August 4 due to an inclement forecast that calls for rain throughout the day and into the evening. The ACT Autosaver Group 150 has been rescheduled for Sunday, August 5 at 1:00pm.
The event will feature the ACT Late Model Tour and White Mountain’s Foley Oil & Propane Late Models taking each other on in a 150-lap event. The track’s Wells River Chevrolet Tigers, Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank Strictly Minis, Bank of New Hampshire Dwarf Cars, and Dads 4 By Tool & Supply Kids Trucks are also on the card.
“We always try to think in the best interests of our teams and fans,” White Mountain track promoter David Avery said. “With the forecast we’re facing for Saturday, we don’t want to put them in the position of hauling to the track only to wait in the rain all afternoon and evening. The weather looks to be much better weather on Sunday, so we’re making this decision early for the sake of our supporters.”
The pit gates will open at 8:00am for the rescheduled event. More scheduling information will be released shortly.
