Legion Speedway Suffers Second Consecutive Rain Out
For the second consecutive week and third time this season racing at Legion Speedway for the O’Reilly Auto Parts Twilight Racing Series fell victim to inclement weather. Heavy rains in the region and a dismal forecast led management to cancel the evenings’ activities.
All the cancellations leads to this Friday, August tenth being an action packed night. In addition to the Peanut’s Auto Sportsman Modifieds and the Rand’s Hardware Mini Stocks the Homestead Creations Late Model Sportsman will run another leg of the Twin State Series. The O’Reilly Auto Parts Twilight Racing Series will be joined the by the Sprint Cars of New England and the Kid’s Bike Giveaway scheduled for last Friday is also on the schedule so bring the children for a fun night of activities and some great racing at The Legion Speedway!
