WMMP Make-Up Features Added to Championship Night

N. Woodstock, NH – White Mountain Motorsports Park has announced multiple additions to the Championship Night schedule of events for Saturday, September 7. The updated schedule comes in the wake of the August 17 event being rained out.

The Flying Tiger Triple Crown Series finale that was slated for the 17th will be held on Championship Night. This 75-lap feature replaces the regular Tiger feature. Both the Triple Crown Series champion and the Wells River Chevrolet Flying Tiger track champion will be crowned at night’s end.

The 7-Eleven Dwarf Cars now have double features on the card for Championship Night. The event will begin with the Dwarf Car make-up feature from June 29 that had been slated for last Saturday. They then have qualifying and their regular feature later in the evening.

As part of the schedule additions, the post time for Championship Night has been moved to 6:00pm. The remaining events that had been on the card for August 17 will not be made up.

White Mountain Motorsports Park has the weekend of August 24 off for the Oxford 250. They will be back in action on Saturday, August 31 at 6:30pm. The Labor Day Weekend event includes the Leaf Peepers 100 for the Foley Oil & Propane Late Models along with a full card for the Wells River Chevrolet Flying Tigers, Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank Strictly Stock Mini’s, Dads 4 By Tool & Supply Kids Trucks, and Senior Tour Antique Racers (STAR). The annual Kid’s Pit Tour will also be held at approximately 5:30pm. Admission is just $12 for adults, $3 for kids ages 6-12, and $25 for a family of four (2 adults, 2 kids).
