The Fort Garry Industries Pro Stock Tour heads to Petty International Raceway this Saturday for the running of the Mr. Lube + Tires 150. The event marks the Series’ only stop of the season at the popular River Glade, New Brunswick oval, located just outside of Moncton. The Easy-Kleen Super Late Model Series returned to Geary, New Brunswick’s Speedway 660 for round 2 of the 2026 season.
On a cool and overcast Saturday afternoon, fans were treated to an instant classic race that saw reigning champion Tanton Wooldridge, who hails from Summerside, Prince Edward Island, score his first career Easy-Kleen SLMS victory.
Wooldridge passed St, Stephen, New Brunswick driver Greg Fahey (#20) with 31 laps to go for the win. Fahey would score his first podium on the series with a runner-up finish over Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia talent Braden Langille (#26).
Bubba Pollard, a North American short track racing superstar and the Cat Car for Kids celebrity driver in 2025 and 2026, will return to Riverside International Speedway for the IWK 250 Presented by Steve Lewis on July 18, and he’s on a mission to improve his sixth-place finish last year – by five spots.
“We learned a lot last year,” said Pollard from his Georgia race shop. “It will definitely help to be familiar with the competitors, the track, tires and all the other elements of the race. We’ve got notes now so we’re not starting at square one. We were impressed with everything about the event last year and especially the other racers. They showed a lot of respect and we appreciate that. We can hit the ground running when we get there this year. If things go as planned we can be more aggressive and, hopefully, end up in Victory Lane.”
Gage Gilby picked up his first career Fort Garry Industries Pro Stock Tour victory at his home track in just his 21st start on the Series at the Kenny U-Pull 150 at Scotia Speedworld in Halifax, NS.
Gilby battled to the line with Cory Hall in a spectacular photo finish, with Hall coming across the line just 0.04 seconds behind Gilby. Jordan Veinotte had a stellar performance this evening at Scotia Speedworld, ripping the Eastlink fastest lap of the day with a blistering 14.379 seconds and a third-place finish. Lucas Oil Rookie contender Owen Marhar showed the field he came to play this season coming home fourth. Austin MacDonald started at the back of the field and drove his way to fifth place finish.
