Yardley III won the Super X feature. Eddie Loomis was the winner of the

Speedbowl – After massive wreck, Cassidy, Canfield recover
WATERFORD — Their Mini Stocks looked more like corpses than race cars.
Ken Cassidy’s No. 11 Mini Stock was totally destroyed after he flipped
his car over on the first lap of the 25-lap feature at the New

Bennett, O’Sullivan rack up wins in Twin 20 Legends Loomis, Shafer, Harkin, also post Wild and Wacky victories
WATERFORD — Marc Shafer was the winner in the Super X car division. Ed
Loomis won the X-Car feature, Maddie Harkin was the winner in the
Bandoleros. Peter Bennett was the Legend car division winner in feature
one. John O’Sullivan was the Legend car winner in feature two.
Peter Bennett and John O’Sullivan were the two fastest Legend car
drivers Wednesday. Mike Blaskey, meanwhile, was the most consistent. All
three had big nights in the Twin 20 Legend car races, which were the
feature attractions during the Wild and Wacky Wednesday competition May
30 at the New London-Waterford Speedbowl. (more…)

Doiron Triumphs In Triple 35’s At Waterford Speedbowl
Surviving an early segment two pileup, Joey Doiron of Berwick, ME triumphs in the Triple 35’s at the New London Waterford Speedbowl. “You gotta take your lumps when you get em” Doiron said. “You aren’t going to win every segment but, I’ve always thought in this format that the second segment is the most important and it was tonight.”

WATERFORD – Jon Porter was the winner of the Limited Sportsman feature.
Maddie Harkin won the Bandolero feature. Mike Blaskey won the Legend car
feature, his 2nd in a row. Corey Caddick won the X-Car feature, also his
second in a row. Jason Larivee Jr. was a first time winner in the Super
X Car feature.

WALPOLE N.H. – The Granite State Pro Stock Series presented by Springfield Buick GMC will be rolling into Connecticut’s New London-Waterford Speedbowl Saturday, May 26th with a unique Triple 35 Format with Time Trials.
Two Maine drivers lead the way, Jacob Dore of Sanford and Joey Doiron of Berwick look to continue their success far from home. “I like Waterford, we’ll see if we can go for two in a row, I’ve never done that before.” Dore said. “We never really got to show our strength in Claremont but, Waterford will be a track where we will be really good at.” Doiron said.
