Stafford Speedway adds additional iRacing Events; Modified Invitational Set for Friday, May 15th


(Stafford Springs, CT)—Stafford Speedway has announced an additional 4 iRacing events over the next month. All Phases Renovations will continue to partner with Stafford Speedway to present the weekly iRacing broadcast from eStafford Speedway each Friday night. All Phases Renovations will also host this Friday’s Modified Invitational event which will feature Modified competitors battling it out in an 80 lap Tour-Type Modified iRace. 

“We all know that iRacing is not as good as the real thing but it has been fun to host the iRacing broadcasts the last few weeks” explained Paul Arute of Stafford Speedway. “Larry at All Phases Renovations has been a big supporter of our broadcasts and we can’t thank him enough for the support. We’ve put together another 4 events starting next Friday with a 60-lap Late Model feature. We’ll also be back in action this Friday with a special Modified invitational featuring Modified drivers from all disciplines.”

eStafford Speedway Continues to Provide New Winners

(Stafford Springs, CT)—eStafford Speedway is set to host another round of the iRacing Series presented by All Phases Renovations tonight with a 60-lap Late Model feature event.  The first four Friday night events were run with SK Modified® cars while last Friday night saw Street Stocks take to the virtual half-mile. 

There was also a mid-week event presented by Truex Management and Burton Klingerman eSports that paired Stafford drivers with drivers from NASCAR’s Xfinity Series, Gander Outdoors Truck Series, ARCA Menards Series, Whelen Modified Tour, and NASCAR Weekly Series.  The Street Stock race was won by NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour PR man Kyle Souza with Parker Retlzaff from the ARCA Menards Series winning the Grand National LiUNA! 100, making 6 different winners in 6 events with Stafford drivers taking three of the top-10 finishing positions in the Wednesday Grand National event.

PRESS RELEASE: William Byron wins “eNASCAR Finish Line 150” at virtual Dover International Speedway

DOVER, Del. (May 3, 2020) – Leave it to a driver who literally grew up with iRacing to make history at virtual Dover International Speedway.

William Byron passed Timmy Hill with less with six laps remaining, then held off Christopher Bell by .301 seconds at the finish on Sunday to win the “eNASCAR Finish Line 150” at the first Pro Invitational Series race at the virtual Monster Mile.

It was Byron’s third Pro Invitational Series win of the spring, joining his victories at virtual Bristol and virtual Richmond. The “eNASCAR Finish Line 150” is the final event of the six-race Pro Invitational Series schedule at NASCAR tracks where races were postponed earlier this year due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

National Series Drivers to Compete against Stafford Drivers on iRacing in LiUNA! 100: Grand National Tour, Wednesday, April 29th

(Stafford Springs, CT)—More iRacing is coming to eStafford Speedway Wednesday, April 29th. The LiUNA! 100 presented by Truex Management Group and Burton Klingerman eSports will feature local Stafford Speedway drivers and iRacers against a long list of drivers from the NASCAR national series. The 100 lap event will be run with ARCA (formerly K&N) cars using fixed setups.

The story line is unique to sim racing, Stafford Speedway drivers to square off against some of the top talent in NASCAR on their home turf. Mike Christopher, Teddy Hodgdon, Bryan Narducci, and more will face off with Corey Lajoie, Landon Cassil, Brett Moffit, Ryan Truex, Tyler Ankrum, Todd Gilliand, Ty Gibbs and more. Also in the field are Garrett Smithley and Timmy Hill, two cup drivers that have proven to be two of the top iRacers in the country.
