Winchester, NH – More wins and first wins and almost no wins were the recurring themes at Monadnock Speedway Saturday night. The racing and the weather demonstrated why the Speedway has earned the nickname “Mad Dog”.
Winchester, NH – Win streaks either extend or end in every sport. Auto racing is no exception. Saturday night at Monadnock Speedway fans watched this theme play out on the high banks. It was another double-header evening, this time featuring twin fifty lap races for Sportsman Modified division.

Kimball Wins Mini Stock Battle for the Beltat Monadnock Speedway
Winchester, NH – Over 200 laps of feature races kept race fans in their seats at Monadnock Speedway Saturday night. Headlining the program was round two of the NHSTRA “Battle of the Belt” and the Granite State Legends.
Winchester, NH – This past Saturday at Monadnock Speedway practice session started with a slight delay from the first of several passing rain showers. After practice was completed another round of showers and track drying delayed the start of qualifying by an hour. Qualifying for Monadnock’s six regular divisions and the Valenti Modified Racing Series went off without a hitch, the National Anthem was presented and…another round of showers and track drying.
Winchester, NH –Monadnock Speedway was forced to cancel the ISMA 75 this past Saturday Night (June 30, 2019) due to the weather. The NASCAR weather app predicted rain this past Saturday night and much of Sunday. As a result, on Friday the management team at the Speedway and officials of ISMA agreed to cancel the much anticipated Super Modified event. With teams and fans coming from as far away as Ohio and Ontario, Canada, it seemed the fair thing to do.
