Woodard Leads Early Entries for Myers Triple Crown

Barre, VT – After a big rookie season in the Lenny’s Shoe & Apparel Flying Tigers, Waterbury Ctr.’s Kelsea Woodard is already raring to go for 2019. The second-generation racer has filed the first official entry for the 2019 Myers Container Service Triple Crown Series and leads a growing list of drivers who have committed to the trio of 75-lap events.

Thunder Road Drawing Closer to 60th Season of Racing

Barre, VT – The month of April has arrived, and with it the promise of another year of racing atop Quarry Hill. Barre’s Thunder Road is less than four weeks away from its 60th season of competition, making it an important anniversary for race teams and fans at the “Nation’s Site of Excitement”.

The historic track will open its season with the 21st Community Bank N.A. 150 on Sunday, April 28 at 1:30pm. The event, which will once again feature the American-Canadian Tour (Late Models), is the first of many big shows to help celebrate Thunder Road’s 60th season in style.

Series founder Hazer to take on advisory role

WEST HAVEN, Vt. – A new era for the King of Dirt Racing Series has begun.  Devil’s Bowl Speedway owners Mike and Alayne Bruno and King of Dirt (KOD) founder Rob Hazer have agreed to terms of the sale and transfer of the Northeastern dirt track stock car racing organization, effective immediately.

Pepsi inks two-year deal at Vermont track; Cleveland, Stratton among early entries

WEST HAVEN, Vt. – The old Pepsi commercials had that familiar tagline – “New look, same great taste,” – and the slogan now rings true at Devil’s Bowl Speedway.  Pepsi has entered into a new two-year agreement to be the title sponsor of the headline Sportsman Modified division at the historic Vermont dirt track and to be the “Official Soft Drink of Devil’s Bowl Speedway” for 2019 and 2020.

Bear Ridge Speedway schedule set for our 52nd season of racing

Bear Ridge Speedway is ready to kick off its 52nd year of racing with an action-packed schedule that will surely put the fans on the edge of their seats each and every week.

The first glimpse and meet and greet will be the shows in the Upper Valley where some of the cars and stars will be in the month of April. First up will be at Newport Chevrolet in Newport NH. The sponsor of our double header weekend September 20th and 21st. We are scheduled to be on location in Newport on Saturday April 20th. Then we will be moving to the Upper Valley on the strip for our regular annual show which is followed by practice at the Ridge for cars present at the show.
