WEST HAVEN, Vt. – Sometimes things fall into place perfectly, and that’s just what happened for the Scarboroughs at Devil’s Bowl Speedway on Sunday, July 15. Twin brothers Joey and Jake Scarborough of Brandon, Vt., wanted to perform well in the Vince Quenneville Sr. Memorial event to bring full circle more than 50 years of racing lineage between the Scarborough and Quenneville families, and they did so in fine style by finishing first and second, respectively.

Barre Pro Rodeo Tickets Now on Sale
Barre, VT – Thunder Road officials announced Monday that general admission tickets are now on sale for the Barre Pro Rodeo scheduled for Saturday, October 6 and Sunday, October 7. The Rawhide Rodeo Tour event is sanctioned by the International Professional Rodeo Association (IPRA) and is expected to draw some of the biggest names in North American rodeo.

Hodgdon Storms Back for Triple Crown Win While Hunt Scores Inspiring Victory
Barre, VT – There was no denying Craftsbury Common’s Joel Hodgdon at Consolidated Communications Night on Thursday, July 12, as he stormed back from a mid-race spin to take the victory in round two of the Myers Container Service Triple Crown Series for the Lenny’s Shoe & Apparel Flying Tigers. The veteran was one of multiple big winners on the night, which included an inspiring triumph by one-armed racer Tim Hunt in the Allen Lumber Street Stocks.
