Barre, VT – Thunder Road officials announced today that country artist Tim Brick has been added to the schedule of events at the Barre Pro Rodeo. The Tim Brick Band will perform at the track on Saturday, October 6 at 6:00pm following the conclusion of the day’s Rawhide Rodeo events.

Dragon Roars Again Under Bright Lights of Governor’s Cup

Barre, VT – Milton’s Scott Dragon was just too tough to top on Thursday, July 19 at Barre’s Thunder Road, taking his second VP Racing Fuels Vermont Governor’s Cup win in the past three seasons. With a big crowd cheering him on and the track’s new lighting system showing the way, Dragon took the lead for good from South Burlington’s Trampas Demers on lap 28 and sailed away to the win in the 150-lap event.

WEST HAVEN, Vt. – Sometimes things fall into place perfectly, and that’s just what happened for the Scarboroughs at Devil’s Bowl Speedway on Sunday, July 15. Twin brothers Joey and Jake Scarborough of Brandon, Vt., wanted to perform well in the Vince Quenneville Sr. Memorial event to bring full circle more than 50 years of racing lineage between the Scarborough and Quenneville families, and they did so in fine style by finishing first and second, respectively.
